Lifetime Warranty Policy
At Aluma we want you to leave with confidence in the ring we’ve created for you and with our lifetime warranty we do just that. With the purchase of every ring comes a lifetime warranty against all manufacturing defects. With the unlikely event that you experience any damage to your ring we ask that you email us @alumarings.com providing a few photos, short video and description as to how to the damage occurred. Our team will then evaluate the damage with the information provided and you will receive a response within 48 hours as to if the damage is repairable.

If the damage sees to be repairable a 60$ deposit will be invoiced and is due to be paid before shipping your ring back to Aluma. This 60$ deposit will cover the costs for the shipping and inspection. During inspection we will determine wether or not the damage is covered under our lifetime warranty. Your deposit will be refunded in full if damage is warrantied. If the damage of your ring is not warrantied and is repairable we will provide a quote with the repair costs. No further action of the repair will be taken until the client has approved and paid for the repair. At this time your 60$ deposit will be applied to the total amount of your repair. If you decide not to move forward with your repair the 60$ deposit will be applied to cover the costs of shipping your ring back to you.

If the damage of your ring is found to be covered under our lifetime warranty Aluma will repair the ring at no cost.

Due to each ring being made to order and specially created by you please note that variations are to be expected and will not be considered a defect.

Our lifetime warranty excludes the following:

Discolouration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make up, pools/hot tubs and bathing.

Product loss

Wear and Tear
-
Warping or defects caused by improper care ( ex. cleaning, storing and general care)
Our lifetime warranty does not cover the cost for any centre stone and may not cover accent stones as well.

Any third party or outside jewlery altering will void your warranty. Our lifetime warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser.

To be eligible for our lifetime warranty:

Please ensure the ring and stones have not been exposed to any unreasonable force or harmful conditions.

Ring needs to be stored and handled correctly. An abused, altered or incorrectly cleaned ring is not eligible for a repair within warranty

Ring needs to be in possession of the original purchaser, as warranty is not transferable.

Please note that all fine jewelry is effected by normal wear, activities and trauma especially rings as these are being worn during most of our daily lives. Precious metals wear down over time and may require inspection and restoration work as a normal maintenance practice.

Insure Your Jewelry

At Aluma we recommend insuring your ring. At the event of any damage, loss,theft or disappearance your insurance policy has you covered. We are happy to provide appraisals for all of our rings. Please email us at alumasrings@gmail.com to submit this request.
